In transition before renovation as a Studio Movie Grill, so rating limited to current set up before in-theater dining. Standard high-priced refreshment stand with adequate service. Reserved seating theaters with several discount ticket options. Not very busy theater for most releases. Parking is street or city lot off side street. No valet parking.
Don't get fooled by the menu on the website. I planned to take my kids for a movie and a dinner. When we got here they said that the grill will not be ready until January. Ended up eating overpriced hot dogs and nachos. The movie theater is still nice, though.
I usually go at least once a week. Still think it is a wonderful place to see movies.
This is the only theater we go to. Very easy parking for seniors. We get senior tickets and the Kid's Pak at the concession bar which is the perfect amount for us. At about $5.50 it's still overpriced for what you get but it's good. We usually go to the morning shows where there are about 6 or 7 other viewers in the auditorium. Just love Krikorian Monrovia. It's like going back in time.
I love this theater. Large and comfortable. Friendly staff. Easy to park. Great restaurants around too.

WE have not yet attended the new theater as we are quite upset about the change. We don’t go to the movies to sit at tables and order food. If we ever go I will review.
New management so still in progress is supposed to have a lot more features. However, right now still a great neighborhood theater, there's free parking, the concession stands are open and its one of the few remaining stand-alone theaters. Bathrooms are clean and properly maintained throughout the day. Staff is friendly & welcoming. And you can see all the latest movies.
