Light bulbs in chapel burnt out, no light bulb in fixture in woman's bathroom, no warm water in bathroom either. Flowers order through the mortuary using their recommend florist were wilted and bruised upon arrival to chapel and dead next day at funeral. Wrong color in arrangement as well. American flag on casket just taken out of package put on casket full of wrinkles, so diespectful to this WWII veteran. Memorial book, page printed upside-down. Counselor did not tell of the memorial drawer or scripture tube on casket. Would I recommend the use of the chapel? ABSOLUTELY NOT! At the cost of the funeral expenses I'd expect more. This is a very high profit business and we did not get what we paid for.
Beautiful landscape. Very earthy and welcoming. Wonderful staff, they made a difficult and painful process less stressful.
